Have used these a few times. I live in Australia and send a Christmas hamper to my mum for Christmas every year . This year spent over 300 euro on a hamper and it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to chase them up to where it was all they would say it was delivered to the address given which is untrue then sorry we have finished for Christmas. Eventually we found the hamper opened after Christmas Delivered to a house 4 kilometres away totally different name address and eircode and still will not take responsibility. Very disappointed they are happy to take your money and are of no help after .
