I encountered Bassett & Gold through my own research and was immediately contacted by a membert of staff by 'phone who I told I would not discuss financial maters on the 'phone, he then in turn acknowledged our conversation by e-mail and fed me further information leaving me to make my own decision and once invested further contacted me both by e-mail and 'phone to keep me updated, a welcome change to some high pressure sales personnel.
