Our journey as Basset & Gold customers started over 12 months ago We are extremely satisfied on several counts. Firstly the interest rates are very competitive. Secondly our monthly payments are alwayspaid on-time, with the exception of one occasion when the payment was paid a day late, but this was beyond the control of Basset and Gold, but immediate steps were put in place to remedy the situation. Thirdly the communication is fantastic, where else in a financial organisation can you speak to the same advisor who has specific detailed knowledge of your account and needs. Having a dedicated account manager is fantastic. So, in conclusion, we are very satisfied with Basset and Gold and look forward to a long lasting relationship with a very professional company, staffed with very knowledgeable and helpful people.
