So I walked up to the counter and I put my candle and my hand soap on the counter and I said oh I think I have a reward. The employee looked at me and she said and what do you think you’re going to use that reward for? I was speechless and A little puzzled I said oh the candle is 1295 doesn’t it have to be 1695 or under? She didn’t explain anything about rewards just kept asking questions. So I picked up my items I put them back. My daughter checked out, and I walked out with nothing. I rather lose the reward than shop in your store ever again. The employee should have explained the process of rewards. I have spent a lot money in your store and online but that’s definitely not happening anymore. Train your employees on customer service.
