Placed an order for Mother’s Day and it is now the day after Mother’s Day and still no package. Called about status and had poor customer service. No resolution. Needless to say the shippping company they use is terrible as well.

I wish the online order experience was like my in store experience, which is always wonderful. Instead, they failed to communicate or take responsibility. I ordered items online during their bogo sale. I thought it was great gift ideas for an event I am attending. Ordered on 3/14/26. Went to check a week later for tracking and the tracking was not updated. Reached out to cust. service and told the items were damaged in transit and they will shop out replacements. A few days went by and tracking was not update. I reached out again to cust. service and was told it was processed and tracking should be updated soon. Then reached out a 3rd time when delivery date when from 3/31, to 4/3 and was reassured it would arrive by the date posted. Then it changed to 4/6 and today 4/7. I reached out, now for the fourth time, and asked and was told the return was processed. So the entire time I was reassured delivery was on its way and it was a lie. I was just told they could refund me. Never again.

Hi, I just wanted to share feedback about the excellent customer service I received today, March 11th around 6:45 PM at the Midland Park Mall located in Midland TX. Aubri was incredibly kind and greeted me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. She helped me with my items and even assisted with a price match so I could get the best deal, even though I had quite a few products. I also wanted to mention how clean and organized the store was. During my visit, everyone on staff appeared to be busy working and assisting customers, which was great to see. It’s very hard to find employees who are truly nice and helpful these days, and Aubri made my shopping experience that much better. Please pass along my thanks and recognition to her and the team. Thank you!

My daughter and myself have been customers of Bath and Body Works for al most 25 years. I can't tell you h ow much of their products we have purchased. First at the Fashion Square Orlando, and after this store closed the Altamonte Mall in Altamonte Florida/ Their policy had always been if thgere was a problem with a product you purchased you could return it even if after you had it home you just did not like the fragrance . I have only returned things two times both for the pumps not working in the foam hand . The end of October 2025 I bpught a scent port with a night light and later gave it to her for Christmas. The end of January she said she did not think it was working properly ny the middle of February it wasn't working at all. There was no aroma from the p;ug and it was cold. I still had the bag and the reaceipt for it and we went to the store March 7th to see about returning it or getting a creadit. The store manager said she culd not take it back or give us any kind of a credit. We wcplaained iit was only in use for a matter of weeks as my daughter never had it until after Christmas. She informed us that the store policy was not under any circumstances to five credit for returned items. I will probable never return to the store. Interestingly enough there was a customer ahead of us that had a basket of your products and a coupon which she was told was a day too late and would not be honored. She left the store. I am vaery disappointed with the store. It was on e of my favorite stores that was previously customer oriented.

I tried to oder for pickup in-store online and it wouldn't go through. I called the Store nearby, no help whatsoever. I called online, chat with violet who was eager to help. She charged me full pice,and I reminded here before the order was fulfilled, there is a coupon for 3.95. After I checked my email I realized the mistake she made but there was no help at all.It felt almost there had a good time playing with me. I stopped trying to cancel the order and called the Store in hope to find a nicer person, but not today .I wanted my coupon for the products, with coupon 50% I go tomorrow to the Store and hope the normal crew is back but tonight was pretty bad,almost thievery, bad business practice.

I love going to Bath and Body Works, and I love their products but ordering online is the worst!! Cancelled items without proper notice, charged me for shipping when it should've been free, and didn't refund right amount of money.

The question would be easier if asked what went right? I ordered a candle well several candles when they were not on sale sent me all wrong scents called said they would fix it . So order shows up guess what?? Wrong again I said whatever I'll just go ahead and use it bc it was for Christmas (Christmas scents ) well that didn't work either the wall flower they sent didn't work all the scents were pouring out bc they wouldn't fit bc the wallflower was not right . So now I'm out almost 60 bucks bc NO ONE that is their to help customers knows nothing of what they are doing . Never ever will never order from them again . It's not so much of getting orders messed up as much as the actual person that you finally get to talk to wants to tell you that your order is wrong but take it or leave it.🤔🫤great job BBW....not

FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS OR MORE THE QUALITY OF THEIR PLUG IN SCENTS HAS GONE DOWN HILL. WHEN I ASK THE SALES PERSON THEY DENY ANY CHANGES. THE SCENT OF A PLUG IN USED TO LAST UNTILL IN WAS ALMOST GONE, 3 OR 4 WEEKS. NOW NO MATTER WHAT SCENT YOU USE IT ONLY LASTS 2 TO 3 DAYS AT BEST. I USED TO BE A HUGE FAN FOR OVER 20 YEARS. NO MORE! THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS.

They had the worse sense this year that I ever seen .the best ones was flannel. And snow flakes with out the glitter we are grown woman not 8 year old get stuff people want to buy .then they keep raising the prices no way would I ever pay $18 for that stuff .the best stuff they had was 3 or 4 years ago they keep a few things but discontinued the great stuff .we use to buy 1 get 3 free it was well wroth it then now now people can't afford it unless its insane only shameful .im going to start makeing my own I have goats .why add a picture of what we bought we know what they sell

Placed on order on 12/5 and per the app it said delivery between 12/9 and 12 17 today is the 16th and no order. Called customer care service and they said order in transit . could not provide a tracking number and said they have a lot of orders. Customer service said give it the the 19th And my Christmas party is Saturday

I purchased an online order on 12/1 during and incredible sale event. I was notified on 12/6 that my order was shipped and would be delivered on 12/12. Then on 12/15, I received an email that my order was cancelled and they were refunding my money. I did a 'chat' with customer service and they informed me that they could only identify that during the processing of the order there was a problem, so the order was cancelled, they had no information on what the problem was and they could do nothing to correct the order and/or reprocess the order. Of course now, the prices are much more than during the sale.

I have been given multiple delivery days on when the order would be here. Have not received it yet. Went on ahead and cancelled the order but didn’t get full refund from customer service. Had to dispute with the credit card company. They don’t deserve the star they got from me.

I bought soap bottles to be able to purchase a gift bag for my friend for Xmas and was waiting forever to receive it but did not arrive so I contact service customer and they were like oh it looks like it got cancelled… ummmm it’s like WHY didn’t anyone contact me! Now I have to find time to go shopping again and go return the soaps because they can’t cancel my other items. This should not happen it is like a fraud! I am so disappointed never shop online at this shop!

I purchased 13 items when they had the hand soap on sale for $2.95 ea on line Fed Ex damaged it in transit- they sent it back ( no delivery) I never heard back from BBW, I had to call , so they replaced my order at the full price of what it is now $7.95 The original e- mail said , they would replace Everything , honoring the sale price , so now I’m only getting 7 out of 13 items purchased BBW , needs to send me the other 6 soaps Not happy at all , the salesperson in the store was very rude ! And didn’t want to deal with it I would like a response back or I’m calling their headquarters So far I have no product , was purchased with a gift card , no refund

Unbelievable!! I don’t even want to shop here anymore! I use the app exclusively and all it does is glitch. It switches locations, adds random things at checkout, tells me things aren’t in store I have NEVER had so many issues with an app in my life!! I was on the phone with CS when this happened and trying to get a coupon replaced that was used on an order that got cancelled and just hung up. I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. Every single time I want to order this happens.

The worst experience with Bath & Body Works. Placed an order of 100$ , received an email stating that my order was delivered. But it was not. Contacted customer service and they told Me to call back in 24 hours because my order was in transit and delayed. Next day nothing, another day goes by and nothing so I contacted them again and I was told that my order was sent to a freight forwarder and I had to contact them because they are not responsible at that point. The rep name is Jude, and Ami tried to ask for the name and number for the freight forwarder and she did not respond and just asked if I had any other question or concern. I replied YES, and proceeded to ask for information to contact the freight forwarder and she disconnected. I am very upset and out $100 I feel that it the responsibility of Bath & Body Works to ensure the vendor the use to ship products is reliable and will deliver correctly. I have tried contacting them several times and I don’t get a straight answer. Just the same. This is upsetting.

I placed an on line order, after 3 days I was notified by email that it had not been shipped yet, I needed this by the 20th for a birthday gift, but the email said it would not arrive until the 23rd. I tried cancelling my order on line, however that turned into a joke by having to chat with a robot...then tried calling and was on hold for 17 minutes. I'm beginning to think they are owned by Shien or Temu.

My usual routine is to order online and to pick up my wallflowers from Bath & Body Works at Huebner Oaks in San Antonio TX, near my home. This time I’ve ran into Diana she’s super helpful and went above and beyond the call. Helped me with my rewards, etc. It’s like a breathe of fresh air with this visit. Thanks Diana. You’re a jewel in the rough. You’re the Best! You made my day.
