So i ordered some items on a Wednesday night. Thursday morning a sale comes on for buy 3 get 3 free which would make a difference of about $30. I talk with customer service but they can't cancel the order because it's been "released" (whatever that means) but hasn't been shipped AND they can't do a refund on the difference. I am told to place a new order, then when i receive the first order, do a return AND I have to pay for shipping it back. What kind of customer service is that when you can't do a refund? Extra work and time and energy on everyone's part. I plan not to buy from them anymore. When i asked for a supervisor as well, they would not transfer me either.
