“It didn't. I have spent a lot of money at this store but NO MORE. I had a reward for $18.95 that I could cash in today. I have been wanting a candle holder but was told it was no longer a reward. A small, petty thing on your company's. If a customer spends their money and you offer a reward they should be able to get anything in the store. Because of your new policies, you just lost a good customer. You won't be seeing a credit card with my name on it at any of your stores!!!!!!! I can't wait to tell my friends.”

“I recently shopped at the Eastdale Mall location in Montgomery, AL and was so impressed with how knowledgeable the associate T was. She was courteous and helpful and I appreciated it! Also Mashawn had great customer service at checkout. I was pleased with my purchase and overall experience!”
