“I'm giving three stars because the products are very good. This week alone I bought 14 products to give as gifts to my clients. What made me sad was that I received very poor service at the store located in Mandarin in Jacksonville Florida. I have a house cleaning company and I went to buy gifts for my clients and maybe because I wasn't tidy, the salesgirls weren't paying attention to me and didn't wait for me to finish looking and were already arranging the products. I was very sad that people like this still exist. Who judge by appearance.”

“They member rewards are great. But they offer you $15 off of your purchase. The problem is before you can click on this offer, it disappears from the screen. Not cool or professional.”

“Why are there bottles I used to buy at the store that are very fragrant but no longer sold And I hope that these fragrances will be resold, and it's good for wallflower fragrance”

“I love bath and body works products, but their plugins are not good! They don’t last long at all! When they work, they make the room smell really good, but you’re going to find yourself always replacing them.”

“Well, the in-store shopping is amazing the staff is always helpful. However, the online shopping is AWFUL. I placed and order for 14 foam hand soaps. When I received the I could smell the box. I opened it and there was only one small packing pillow and 8 of the 14 were broken three leaking due to the breakage. You could easily tell why, the packing was done poorly!!! They were just banging around in the box which broke all of the tops. I had to go into the store and exchange them all. Ilso don't order online or you will have a hassle and a mess.”

“I like the scents. But the cost is extremely high and you can't ship to store to save the shipping costs, so that makes it even higher to purchase. I think I need to go back to buying airwick and glade.”
