“Went to NEX branch and serve by Irah. She is very attentive, helpful, and recommend lot of good stuff. Do come and visit and look for Irah and the other Filipina lady who is so welcoming ( forgot to get her name)”

“My favorite lotion is At the Beach. When I went to the store in Southaven MS, I thought they were out. Patrice, employee at this store, went out of her way to find it for me. She was pleasant, helpful and got my lotion. She deserves some kudos for great service.”

“The fantastic help I received today from Jay @ the Bug Beaver & Rochester store in Troy,Mi was incredible ! He knew exactly what products I was requesting, took me directly to the location & I was in & out of the store within 5 minutes. I also was able to let Meli, the “boss” know how pleased I was w/the service I received & suggested giving Jay a raise! She was very appreciative of my comments & it was very apparent that she too was very dedicated to great customer service which I definitely received!”

“Bath&Body Works strikes again! I was giving a gift card for Christmas 2024 and just used it Feb 2025. I've never ordered online before and so I thought I'd try it. I was giving the information that my product would be delivered on the 6th of Feb after only putting in my order on the 2nd. It showed up 2 days early and I'm so happy with it. Love the mists and lotion already!”

“Mandarin in Jacksonville Bath and Bodyworks [CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 8O5 41O 56OO ] Bath and Bodyworks 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 Florida. I have a house cleaning company and I went to buy gifts for my clients and maybe because I wasn't tidy, the salesgirls weren't paying attention to me and didn't wait for me to finish looking and were already arranging the products. I was very sad that people like this still exist. Who judge by appearance.”

“I went in for a few items for my female friends and family. RUKIA at the Fairview park mall helped me out . She greeted me with a nice smile and no selling pressure. After I picked out some items I asked if I could leave them there as I had one more place to go. " Not a problem..i'll leave them behind the counter for you for when you are ready to purchase." When I returned.. they were ready for me. Thank you RUKIA for your friendly service!”

“I was in the Longview, TX store on Sunday the 24th. There was a young lady there named Ecstasy who went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, kind, she had a smile on her face the whole time and never got frustrated with me. She is and AMAZING young lady. With her treatment of others and that pretty smile, I'm sure she will go far in life, and I wish her the best!”

“I love the candle fragrances at Bath and Bodyworks. They are not overwhelmingly strong but not weak as so many other products are. I want to smell a candle if I light it. I ordered online with a free shipping option. Keep up these offers!”

“11-03-24 store #81096 I was shopping for a Birthday Gift. Ge'Rita was the young lady who helped me find some really good products for a man. She was friendly, professional, & helpful! I left happy with the gifts that I was proud to send! I also met the manager on duty, her name was Alex who had all the good qualities of a manager. The one I noticed most was that she spoke highly and praised the employee that I spoke to her about as I was leaving the store. Sincerely, Janice Hasty”

“Hi. I'm Gloria, a 67 yo female who suffers with paorisis. I have been perscribed numerous creams, lotions, and ointments for my awful crusty flakey bumpy skin. I was gifted At The Beach body cream. By my bf and it sat on my dresser for a while. I felt it was not as serious as medications I've been using. I pickked it up the other night and thought what rhe heck .. it wasn't perfumey as I'd expected. A gentle very pleasant fragrance, I thought, that's good. I applied it on my arms and legs and got in bed. As I was reading I noticed I wasn't as itchy as usual and my skin was so silky sift and much smoother. I put my book down and sat up. Wow. I picked up my at THE BEACH and looked at the lable.it says ultimate hydration, believe it. I don't know if this product is seasonal or not but if it's available I urge you to try it. If it can soften my patchy crusty skin just imagine what it can do for your normal skin. 5 stars. I havnt felt this feminine, sexy and cuddley in a very long time. Thank you Bath and Bodyworks.”

“I went to Tampines Mall and were welcome by Mr Simon at the entrance. Despite telling him that I am only browsing around as I was waiting for my BIL for lunch. Mr Simon maintained his happy and cheerful personality and engaged in a small talk with me. Because of his personality and good interpersonal skills, I went into your shop and bought 4 items. Ms April and Ms Shila who were at the cashier counter were helpful, courteous and patience with me as I couldn't decide which 2 free items to choose from the Christmas promotion offer. They are certainly an asset to your company. Cheers!!! By the way, I am going back to your Tampines outlet to purchase more as I had decided to get most of my Christmas gifts from your company.”

“Why I love Bath & Body Works? Because i love that it offers so many different fragrance, I can choose depends on my mood. The body lotion is my favourite, it nourish my skin and the scent stays long. I love the hand wash too, it's gentle and soft to skin and smells really good. My room smells great because of the BBW candle. Thank you for the time to time offers, I can enjoy great BBW products for less,😊. I love BBW products and and it's good for gifting too.”
