The fantastic help I received today from Jay @ the Bug Beaver & Rochester store in Troy,Mi was incredible ! He knew exactly what products I was requesting, took me directly to the location & I was in & out of the store within 5 minutes.
I also was able to let Meli, the “boss” know how pleased I was w/the service I received & suggested giving Jay a raise!
She was very appreciative of my comments & it was very apparent that she too was very dedicated to great customer service which I definitely received!
