I bought 2 bottles of Japanese Cherry Blossom Travel Size Body Lotion. And there is an offer of Buy 2, Get 2 but didn't get another 2 bottles.
Support says while adding in cart, customer have to add free bottles also means instead of 2 have to add 4 bottles. But it's not written on checkout page.
They say it's written in terms and conditions. Every time how is it possible to read terms and conditions.
Who will not like to get free offer.
Support refuse to consider my issue.
They are cheating customer.
