I have tried to order online on two different occasions now and both times my card was charged, but my order was canceled by Bath and body Works because apparently magically none of the items that I ordered were in stock by the time they went to ship. There was no notification of cancellation. I had to contact them after my expected delivery date went by. Very inconvenient when you’re buying gifts. In my opinion, if you can’t hold up to your end of the transaction, you should not have an online option. That’s like walking into the store paying for a product and then them telling you you can’t have it cause they’re out of stock and you’ll get your money back in seven days. And the only reason I order online is because the closest Bath and body Works to me is 3 1/2 hours away.

11-03-24 store #81096 I was shopping for a Birthday Gift. Ge'Rita was the young lady who helped me find some really good products for a man. She was friendly, professional, & helpful! I left happy with the gifts that I was proud to send! I also met the manager on duty, her name was Alex who had all the good qualities of a manager. The one I noticed most was that she spoke highly and praised the employee that I spoke to her about as I was leaving the store. Sincerely, Janice Hasty

Why are there bottles I used to buy at the store that are very fragrant but no longer sold And I hope that these fragrances will be resold, and it's good for wallflower fragrance

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the change of size for the Hand Sanitizer Spray. It used to be 3.0 oz which was a PERFECT size. Not too much and not too little. It was easy to travel with, easy to put in my car and to have in various places that I need it. Now that B & B has reduced the size I feel like I am being RIPPED OFF with the amount of Sanitizer Spray. This size runs out very fast and I feel like my money is being wasted so much faster than the original size of 3.0 oz. I know that the price is less with the smaller size, but the smaller size feels like I am buying almost nothing. I IMPLORE you to bring back the 3.0 oz. The 1.5 oz does NOT last very long. I have to make more time to buy more smaller sizes and it's become too expensive. The larger size lasted longer and I was fine with paying the higher price that the 3.0 oz was. I cannot be the only customer who has become disappointed with the size change. From a business stand point, I can see how the company would make this change as it would force people to constantly buy more because the smaller bottle runs out faster. I don't appreciate this at all. Bring back the larger 3.0 oz size an I will buy more then. At this point, I don't even want to buy any of the new smaller size as I feel I am being tricked and played as a consumer.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Worst, thieving company ever!! I ordered 18 products at the beginning of October, for over $100. Of course, after two days they charged my credit card. However, I never received the order. They have the worst customer service!!!! I called several times, of course to no avail, I sent an email, finally they blocked me!!! What the hell??? Do you bombard people with your stupid ads just to be scammers??? Please be careful with this company, I will never buy anything there again

I had just made an order and called to add the free item to it and Gina who answered my call was very hateful and insisted that she couldn't add or cancel the order within minutes after I had made it. Bath and Body Works is a lousy company to buy from. White Barn should find someplace else to sell their products.

Tried to cancel an order shortly after ordering but was told a person only has 10 to 15 minutes to cancel. That is unbelievable. I don’t know of another company that only gives that much time.

The stores are beautiful but the fragrances are horrible. I swear that the company re uses the same " fragrances " and just sticks them in a bottle. All the fragrances smell the same to me BTW.

The app sucks it never works right always freezes and it's on all my electronics so I know it's the app there lost my order many times because of this

Hi. I'm Gloria, a 67 yo female who suffers with paorisis. I have been perscribed numerous creams, lotions, and ointments for my awful crusty flakey bumpy skin. I was gifted At The Beach body cream. By my bf and it sat on my dresser for a while. I felt it was not as serious as medications I've been using. I pickked it up the other night and thought what rhe heck .. it wasn't perfumey as I'd expected. A gentle very pleasant fragrance, I thought, that's good. I applied it on my arms and legs and got in bed. As I was reading I noticed I wasn't as itchy as usual and my skin was so silky sift and much smoother. I put my book down and sat up. Wow. I picked up my at THE BEACH and looked at the lable.it says ultimate hydration, believe it. I don't know if this product is seasonal or not but if it's available I urge you to try it. If it can soften my patchy crusty skin just imagine what it can do for your normal skin. 5 stars. I havnt felt this feminine, sexy and cuddley in a very long time. Thank you Bath and Bodyworks.

I love bath and body works products, but their plugins are not good! They don’t last long at all! When they work, they make the room smell really good, but you’re going to find yourself always replacing them.

I went to Tampines Mall and were welcome by Mr Simon at the entrance. Despite telling him that I am only browsing around as I was waiting for my BIL for lunch. Mr Simon maintained his happy and cheerful personality and engaged in a small talk with me. Because of his personality and good interpersonal skills, I went into your shop and bought 4 items. Ms April and Ms Shila who were at the cashier counter were helpful, courteous and patience with me as I couldn't decide which 2 free items to choose from the Christmas promotion offer. They are certainly an asset to your company. Cheers!!! By the way, I am going back to your Tampines outlet to purchase more as I had decided to get most of my Christmas gifts from your company.

Been shopping here with my daughter over 20yrs. Sadly the great smells they used to carry are no longer available..they sent my granddaughter a email for free birthday gift, if you buy something. That's no gift! Their buy 3 get 3 free deal used to be great until prices went up and they no longer send out coupons. Another company quality going downhill. The staffing at the locations around Roanoke areas and Lynchburg really need change.

They have changed their antibacteria hand sanitizer, it went from 3 oz to 1 oz. Before y'all did that, I would have given you a five. It seems that bath and body is following other companies and cutting everything down smaller. 😥🙏🏼

I called in to place my order because the website was giving me the wrong total. When talking to the representative she placed the order and change the store pick up to a New Jersey store. I live in California. It has been a nightmare dealing with the customer service. I have been given wrong information that don’t know what they are doing. Bath and body use to have excellent service not any more.

Store associate Angie at the green tree location in Katy Texas is extremely extremely rude. My online order wasn’t completed correctly and she act like it was my fault. Told me to get in line when I found the correct item. Angie never apologized just simply rude. Don’t know why I keep shopping with BBW.

I had one of your Wallflowers start leaking Brown sticky stuff out of the side. It was pretty gross but when I took it into the store they said that was normal when it gets old which is very weird. Plus the plug-in was only under a year old. So that doesn't make any sense that that's what happens when they get old. They shouldn't have a expiration date. If they do it should be on the package because they are not cheap. The girl just said that was policy and there was nothing they could do. I will be switching to a different plug-in from now on. I was very disappointed in your store. That is horrible customer service.
