“B&B your customer call center sucks. When given option to choose country like U.S. at least have option for caller to speak with a person that speaks clear English and actually understand what the customer needs.

“B&BW deserve negative stars. Terrible customer service. I am (was) a rewards member. I ordered for store pick up Nov 22, planned to pick it up on the 24th, day after Thanksgiving. I got Covid and was sick until today. I went today to pick it up, Nov 29th. 6 business days after order. I arrive to learn they gave my order away …with zero notice. I have no recourse. I called 3 days ago and asked if I could have someone else pick it up for me due to illness. Nope. Had to be me. So I could not send anyone on my behalf?? BUT they eagerly gave my order to someone else …who took it to their house????? All my gifts were handed to someone else and the things I ordered are no longer available. They offered me a $20 e-card??!! Ridiculous! I just deleted the app and will never go near this snake oil, bait and switch, false-advertising faux business ever again. They sell nothing that I can’t get at 50 other stores who actually treat their customers like they want them to be patrons.”
“I like the scents. But the cost is extremely high and you can't ship to store to save the shipping costs, so that makes it even higher to purchase. I think I need to go back to buying airwick and glade.”

“A valuable customer that was upset to hear that we cant make exchanges now without receipts after i drove a good bit to there location or if we dont have a receipt we would have to pay the balance why so they can make extra money yhis store was in my top 5 vut they just lost my business and on top of it none of the cashiers are explaining this new policy or even asking if we need a gift receipt knowing people buy gift from here for a lot of different holiday EX ANGRY CUSTOMER”
“I found a retired fragrance online only I was so happy and excited I've made of a large purchase even though the store is less than 1 mile from my house the only way I can get one of my all-time favorite fragrances was to order it online I came with a neat 20% off and I took advantage of it thank you so much”
“My daughter has been purchasing candles from White Barn for a couple years now. The scents are amazing and last a long time. There are many candles that smell nice before being lit, but these are amazing as to how long they last and how nice the variety of scents there are! So, with all the deals this year, Christmas has been very special with a wide variety of candles and scents! Love, Love, Love the candles and scents!”
“The workers are very kind and always willing to help as soon as they can and the store never dirty it is always very clean. It is also a nice set up so every scent is right by each other and the displays are always appropriate for the sale they or having and/or the season.”

At my request, they regularly send e-mails, texts, and "snail mail" coupons so that I can be on the lookout for whatever product for which I'm in the market, knowing that a special offer on that product is likely to pop up soon.”
