Thank you to Greg for the amazing customer support and problem solving. Upon reporting that the bath tap filler was not connecting correctly and had a missing part, Greg was quick to troubleshoot the issue and send over replacement parts so that the building project could continue. He was very communicative throughout the entire process to make sure that I was continually informed of any important updates. Despite the delays beyond his control, I was left satisfied with the support. Thank you - I'll be back for my bathroom needs in the future.
