“The shower screen arrived and it’s great! So impressed with it and the price - the reason I scored 4/5 was the limited comm’s. I ordered the item and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the website advertised a quicker delivery and I had to ask what was happening with the order and there was a slow response. At the time it didn’t feel me with hope, that it was going to arrive. So my only suggestion would be to improve the communication where possible.”

“We bought a bathroom mirror from Bathlab. We checked the mirror as soon as it arrived but only spotted a small crack once we fully unpacked it to hang up. This was outside the 48 hour damage policy but Bathlab said that they would reach out to the manufacturer to see if they could do anything. Pleasingly the manufacturer agreed to send a replacement mirror free of charge and this turned up a couple of days later. It’s rare that you get an outcome like this and Bathlab would have been well within their right to just say we’d missed the reporting window and there was nothing they could do. Highly recommended for the customer service we received”
