My only gripe with the company, was I had a question & tried to call the number a few times, but to no avail could I speak to a human being! I ended up going through the cyba chat, which while was ok, would have been so much more simple to talk to a human being. Having said that, the mirror I picked in the end was perfect for my new bathroom, so I need not have worried.”

“I bought this mirror for my hallway, unfortunately it was a tad bit too small for the space so with a heavy heart I had to return it. However that didn’t take anything away from the mirror. It is a solid mirror and the design is beautiful and will instantly elevate any wall space. I would definitely recommend, and guys at Bathlab couldn’t be nicer and easier to deal as well 10 out of 10 for both product and service.”

No, I didn't ask for express or special delivery but carrier pigeon would have been quicker. If I had known how long it would take I would have ordered elsewhere. We will look into the pigeon option as an alternative service. They would have to be very big ones though...

“The vanity unit we received was damaged so I contacted the company and Greg was extremely quick to rectify and send out a replacement. Really pleased with our vanity unit, sink and tap and looks amazing in our en-suite. While the vanity unit was great quality, the main reason for 5 stars was the amazing customer service received, very quick and efficient.”
