Orderd a concealed cistern from BathLab as one we’d ordered from elsewhere was damaged and the customer service was terrible so I tried BathLab for the same item and the service was excellent. The confirmation email contained a phone number (many places hide their phone number) and I was kept updated with the progress of my order. I opted for the standard delivery and the item arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I’ll be fitting out two bathrooms later in the year and will definitely order from BathLab.
