I ordered the replacement shower engine on Thursday 14th July and the despatch and delivery was excellent, receiving the item on Saturday 16th.
Unfortunately after fitting the shower engine, fairly straight forward, the temperature cannot be regulated? Even with the temperate control on cold, the water comes out hot?
After contact with Bathrooms & Showers Direct, they swiftly arranged for a new engine to be delivered.
The customer service I have received has been top rate and I am happy to say that I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
