Can’t praise this company enough, especially Afia for her honest, informative, timely communication. I ordered 5 bathroom shelves last month. Turned out they only had 2 shelves which they posted free and informed me more would be arriving end of August, which was fine. However, they sourced the additional shelves from another manufacturer a few weeks later and although more expensive, they have not charged me the difference. The shelves are high quality and delivered 24 hours later. I have no reservations in recommending Bathrooms and Showers Direct and their excellent customer care.
