I asked a question about the correct product, I had a reply back within minutes requesting me to take photos. Only an hour or so later Afia had obviously contacted the manufacturer as she confirmed the correct part , and told me that my current fitting was "badly adjusted" which probably explained its failure. Ordered the part and it was delivered within 2 working days , brilliant.
