Excellent service and delivery within 24 hrs. I rang the customer care team and spoke to someone regarding two similar duravit products. It seems that unlike most online retailers that I have used BSD actually DO HAVE PHYSICAL STOCK when their site says 'in stock'. They might not have the all brands of some suppliers but if they have what you want then I'd recommend them above others.
