I ordered my item and it was booked for delivery the next day. Unfortunately when it arrived (well packed) part of it was broken. I contacted them via email at 00:30 on 02/08 and by 12:09 I received confirmation from them and the courier that a replacement item would be delivered to me the next day. Customer service is not just about getting it right but how things are handled when they go wrong. I can say that they seem to have this right on price communication and service. Third time I have used them and I will be back again.
