With the amount of different Ideal Standard toilets available, when the seat of mine cracked, I had no idea where to start to find the right replacement seat. I rang BSD and asked their advice and after emailing them photos of the toilet, they advised which seat and part number was required. I ordered 2, as they were half the price of IS. When they arrived, they were both damaged and had pieces out of them, which I reported. Without any problem or hesitation, they sent two new seats out and said to discard the broken ones. I thought I'd have the nightmare of packaging them up and returning them, with Proof of postage etc so I am very impressed with the customer service and experience and would definitely use BSD again for bathroom items.
