I ordered a new toilet cistern, due to it not being in stock and I?m sure the COVID 19 situation the the wrong one was delivered. I contacted BASD and have nothing but praise for their Customer Service Department. They dealt with the situation extremely quickly and the correct cistern was delivered the following day. I would use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
