Bathrooms and Showers Direct's pricing was very good so I ordered from them again. Unfortunately this time, the toilet was damaged in transit by the carrier. It looked like the package had been dropped. I contacted Bathrooms and Showers Direct and they arranged for an immediate replacement free of charge. No hassle at all - excellent customer service.
