Needed 2 new toilet seats, delivered within a day, excellent service, only trouble was that the fixing that the seat attaches to wasn?t in the fixing kit bag- Duravit?s fault not Bathroom & showers direct. Phoned Duravit & they sent the required amount FOC, but be warned if purchasing a Duravit seat.
