My original delivery was not the correct item as shown on their website. However, you know the old saying that everybody can get something wrong - it?s how you deal with it afterwards that is the key indicator of a company. B&SD were brilliant- can?t praise them enough!! Excellent chat line followed by emails and telephone calls to try and ensure that the right product was supplied - big shout out to Zoe !!! Insisted on paying the return shipping costs as per their terms despite my offer to pay this myself. I would highly recommend B&SD
