Order arrived promptly without fuss or bother. Cheaper than Amazon and sizing guide was useful. 1 star taken off as the base plate that the toilet hinge screws should be screwed into wasn't supplied. Used the old one so didn't bother to call up as I needed to fix the toilet quickly (for obvious reasons).
