I buy quite a lot of stuff online. Mostly the experience is fine, but there are sometimes problems caused by me as a buyer as well as by the seller. I given was incorrect information by a major British manufacturer of taps, showers etc. which meant I had to return an expensive shower unit to this retailer. The problem ( although not in any way caused by them) was dealt with speedily and efficiently by them. I subsequently bought another more suitable item from them. Prices are excellent ; delivery times are excellent and reflect their predictions ; customer service is excellent. Credit where credit is due - this company is first rate !
