Great customer service - had so much trouble finding a new toilet seat that would fit a very old toilet pan. Could find it nowhere else but here. Sent photos of existing pan and seat and they responded very fast asking some additional questions and advised on the right product which was a good fit. Fast & secure delivery too, very impressed.
