Ordered a new toilet seat which was delivered the next day.unfortunately it was faulty. I e mailed the problem and Zoe dealt with it in a very efficient and friendly fashion. I received a new replacement within 2 days. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service JILL EDWARDS
