I was offered the opportunity to create and account, which allows order progress tracking and also benefits by granting loyalty points for any future orders. Customer services communication was particularly good. The item I ordered was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and when there was a slightly longer than expected delay in the OEM shipment date I was immediately notified by customer services and given the option to cancel the order should this be a problem to me. I replied that it would not be a problem and the item was received, just as expected, the following week. I can thoroughly recommend this retailer and would have no hesitation in using them again.
