I have made a mistake in my delivery address and try to correct it by phone, the order had already been dispatched but even so between the driver and the phone operator the communication was so customer focused that they made sure I would receive my order in the correct address on that day, and I know the driver was at my former address first. I even received later an email certifying that I had received my items in time and in good order. Going the extra mile for a customer is unfortunately very rare so I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
