Ordered a pair of basin taps. Impressed with price and free p;ostage offer. After a few days, tried several times to phone to determine progress, but phone was never answered. Sent email which was answered very promptly and told me delivery weould be following day. Items arrived as promised. I would have welcomed a little more infomation on progress of order and email to tell me of despatch. A BT phone number would also be better than 0845.
