Item as described and well packed, though delivery took a while. Unfortunately the delivery and tracking e mail, correctly sent by the delivery firm, by-passed my spam filter and went directly into my trash bin giving the impression that I had been let down. However the seller was very patient with me and helped me locate the missing information and for that I must congratulate them. I found their customer service excellent. If like me you appear to be missing the delivery information on your order, check your trash bin first.
