The only issue I had was with trying to pay for my order - the address verification system being used doesn't deal well with Ireland as we have no postcode system. But an email and a fast response had me instructed to pay through PayPal and all was well. A little annoying, but not enough to drop a star. While I wasn't informed on the progress of my delivery, it arrived very quickly and both products (a Grohe shower kit and a Salamander shower pump) arrived in perfect condition.
