I found this site the cheapest to replace a fairly new cracked bathroom basin (our fault!) and at first needed some help so used the live chat ,which was so convenient and extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service I would say. The basin was dispatched immediately and received within 24hrs ordering. (obviously this can't always happen) Well protected with packaging. As for the courier he was so helpful too , as by chance I collared him while I was at work a mile away, and asked him if he could leave my item in the rear so he filled in and I signed a form in his van there and then so this could happen. :-) brilliant all round will use this site again if needs be.
