Knew what I wanted, that was a replacement soft close toilet seat for my Duravit toilet........Price very good, being able to chat online with a customer service representative excellent, as my query was answered straight away, and advised if I ordered by a certain time that day when it would be with me..........excellent delivery time + plus well packaged product.
