We purchased a whole bathroom suite including bath, sink, wc, shower and taps, we saved over half price in ordering online and I was a bit worried at first. Everything arrive (minus the bath) promptly, the sink and cistern were damaged and they were both replaced, no quibbles. Jasmine in customer service was fantastic and kept me informed via email and explained everything in detail. We did have to wait a few weeks for our bath because it wasn't in stock but this could happen from any store. Overall I was highly impressed and when we re-do our downstairs bathroom I will definitely order from Bathrooms and Showers Direct.
