Although there seemed to be discrepancy between supplier & carrier regarding delivery day, Stephanie at B&S Direct supported and liaised process until goods arrived, excellent. The quality of the tap is second to none, really heavy & substantial, the macerator loo looks really neat, and was packaged really well to avoid any damage in transit. Brilliant, would recommend this Company to anyone wanting totally satisfactory products.
