Ordered a replacement Aqua Lisa shower head attachment. The website for this particular item is confusing as it shows a picture of a chrome shower head attachment but the associated text is for a white shower head. I only realised when the white one turned up. Having said that, the returns and refund process was relatively painless and the new chrome unit turned up and I was refunded for the original purchase in a couple of days. Overall, would recommend
