The product (kitchen pillar taps) is very good & very reasonably priced . It was despatched & received very quickly, and at the predicted time. However, I had rung for information first, and the woman I spoke to was quite impatient & snappy -- I considered afterwards whether I would even use this firm, but I did, & they came good in the end
