The toilet suite was fitted by Dolphin about six years ago. They went into liquidation about a year ago. The toilet required a new flush button and parts with the name Grohe, which I have never heard of before. I was very pleased that BASD had the right item was in stock. The communication regarding order confirmation and delivery was excellent. Full marks to BASD
