Had to make an emergency order for the next day but it had gone 12:00 noon. Found exactly what I was after very quickly. The online chat meant I could check the possibilty of delivery and other quiries rapidly whilst still browsing. The item I wanted was cheaper than I had found it on many other sites, it was delivered in plenty of time and the online chat was brief, informative and friendly all at once. For me it was a perfect experience, which is more than I can say for my plumber!
