Ordered a new tap on the Wednesday, company sent it via 24 hour courier the next day. However the courier decided not to attempt delivery on the Friday , instead using that old trick of "I called , no answer , left a card" which is totally untrue. I watched the courier's van go past my front door on the date and time that their website said that they had tried to deliver when I tracked the package later that night. However the tap was well packaged when it did arrive and excellent value for money saving me ?23 compared to the next cheapest supplier. Cannot comment on the product as it has yet to be installed.
