I ordered a toilet seat which was delivered well wrapped. On unpacking I found there was a fault on the seat cover. Emailed the company and received a email back within a hour which informed me that a new seat would be with me within two days and to dispose of the faulty seat. Would absolutely recommend this company. First class customer service.
