Sadly, I didn't receive my order but this was only because the taps were not in stock and couldn't be supplied until a time after my bathroom fitted was booked to do the job of fitting the taps. Bathrooms and Showers Direct contacted me immediately when they realised there could be a problem, a lovely Customer Service Advisor, Afia Kayani, emailed me and set out in detail what was happening so that I could make an informed choice. So even though I didn't receive an order, the communication and subsequent refund has been undertaken beautifully by Afia. I will certainly use this company again after receiving such excellent Customer Service and so award them 5 out of 5.
