I received the incorrect item at first however after speaking with Afia in customer services, within 2 hours after contacting her she managed to arrange next day delivery for the correct item and also arranged collection for the incorrect item. All was sorted in rapid time. Very very impressed with her customer service and timely response. A* for Afia! Thank you!
