Ordered one cistern, but they failed to deliver the correct one. It seems there was a mix up with the product coding on their systems.
Lucky for me they were only 15 minutes away , so I could get it rectified sooner.
Overall, the customer service was great. They will try to help you if you have a genuine issue with your order.
Minus two stars for getting my order wrong though. It wasn't a complicated order. But 5 stars for customer service. Also, those guys at the shop front were very helpful.
