Previously left a review regarding a purchase, which was excellent throughout. Unfortunately the new replacement engine developed a fault within the first two weeks, this was replaced with one easy phone call and arrived two working days (there was a weekend in-between) after I called. Couldn't be happier, I don't have tenants chasing me, I don't have a disgruntled landlord and I haven't had to make unnecessary trips to a property messing around removing a defunct unit to send back before getting a replacement. Nice to find a company that inspires confidence.
